DANCE SEAN-NÓS DVD
~ Special Edition
Includes New interactive menus, brilliant box art and the same great dance moves brought to you by Maldon Meehan and Ronan Regan. Their instruction enables students to gain a comprehensive set of steps for performance and a battering vocabulary that can be introduced into their set dancing repertoire.
"Dance Sean-nós: Steps for Irish traditional improvised dance" is an 88 min long multi-regional DVD of Sean-nós Dance. It is likely that the roots of American clogging and tap dance draw their influence from this "old-style" Irish Dance.
Johnny O'Halloran from Inis Bofin, Connemara provides the tunes on melodeon. Maldon and Ronan later visit `The Crane Bar' in Galway, Ireland for an impromptu session of music and dancing.
